Jasmine began her vocal studies at the age of 7, when she was enrolled in a performing arts school called Star Train Academy. Showing an immediate natural ability in both singing and dancing; Jasmine's love for performing and her sweet yet powerful voice continued to grow throughout her childhood. At the age of 8 Jasmine went on to train and perform with the 'Young Stars' at the Johnny Young Talent School and also trained at David Jaanz school of music. At the age of 11 Jasmine developed a keen interest in classical music and old musical theatre style singing, and from then onwards began to train as a soprano. She later went on to train with renown opera singer Jon Weaving and currently trains with Gary May.
Throughout her adolescence Jasmine secured leading roles in various musical theatre productions including Yum-Yum in Hot Mikado, Tuptim in The King & I, Hodel in Fiddler on the Roof, Jenny Dillingham in Aspects of Love, Victoria Mudd in The Gypsy's Revenge and Sarah Brown in Guys and Dolls.
Jasmine sings on a regular basis around Melbourne at children's birthday parties, and has also performed at many weddings with Melbourne function band Plastique.
